Planning

What we need from you

A good quotation starts with a clear brief. When you contact us, have these to hand and we can reply quickly.

  • The occasion and the date (or the dates being considered)
  • The number of guests, as best you know it
  • The venue, or whether you need help finding one
  • The service style you have in mind, or "not sure yet"
  • Dietary needs and any dishes that must be on the table
  • A budget range, so the menu is proposed within it

Tell us about your occasion.

We reply by email with a proposed menu and a written quotation.
